Hi — welcome back! This lesson is a quick, friendly practice of everyday routine phrases in French. Have fun — say the lines out loud as you go.

Level A2: In this short lesson you'll practice common phrases to describe daily routines: when you wake up and go to bed, what you have for breakfast, how you spend your time, and when you get home. The lesson is CEFR-aligned and focuses on the exact sentence frames you'll use in real conversations.

After this lesson you'll be able to:

  • Be able to say approximate times for waking up, going to bed, and returning home (A2).
  • Describe how you start the day, what you eat for breakfast, and how long you spend on activities.
  • Use simple phrases to explain changes in your schedule and evening habits.

I get back home around ___.

Meaning: I get back home around ___.

When to use: Use this frame to give an approximate time for when you return home.

Tip: Beginners sometimes use « à » instead of « vers » when they mean an approximate time; use « vers » for 'around'.
