Welcome — ready to explain a problem in French? In this B1 lesson you'll practice natural ways to report issues, describe symptoms, and ask someone to check for you. Listen, repeat, then use the phrases aloud.

Level B1: This short lesson helps you explain a problem (devices, services, messages) using practical phrases like Il y a un problème avec ___, Je n'arrive pas à faire marcher ___, and Tu pourrais regarder ça pour moi ? Practice describing when it started, what an error message says, and what you already tried. CEFR-aligned and focused on real situations.

After this lesson you'll be able to:

  • Practice B1-level phrases to report technical or service problems clearly.
  • Learn to say when the issue started, what the device says, and what you tried.
  • Ask politely for help and next steps in French.
