Welcome! In this B1 lesson you'll practise talking about real trips: where you went, what surprised you, problems you solved, and what you'd recommend. Have fun — imagine you're telling a friend about your favorite journey.
Level B1: In this lesson you will practise 13 useful phrases for describing travel experiences: saying where you went, asking if someone has been somewhere, talking about the best moment, surprises, problems, and recommendations. These phrases are practical for telling stories about trips and asking follow-up questions. (CEFR-aligned and ready for real conversation.)
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Use past-tense frames to say where you went and how long you stayed.
Ask about someone’s travel experience and describe highlights or problems.
Give recommendations and say if you would go back.
Ready? Let's go!
