How I'm feeling in English
After the snow, Ana sits with Tasha at the Blue Plate. The streets are still wet, and she cannot sit still.
She tells Tasha she is restless and worn out. Work and the long storm have left her tired.
Then Tasha's long voice memo plays. Ana laughs. The message lifts her mood.
By the end, you'll say how you feel and what caused it.
You'll name stress, a low mood, feeling restless, and feeling worn out.
You'll also say when something lifts your mood.
