Packages and delivery in English

Ana's app says a box was delivered to the three-flat. The porch is empty. Mr. Kowalski calls from the first floor.

You'll pick up a package with a code, ask for the locker, and tell a driver where to leave food.

You can also tell them to leave it with the neighbor. Mr. Kowalski is on the first floor, so that can be him.

If the app says delivered but nothing is there, you will have the words for that too.
