Useful Playground Phrases
These are the sentences you actually say at a playground: asking to join, taking turns, reminding people to be careful, and negotiating “five more minutes.”
我們去遊樂場吧!

A small Taiwan note: 遊樂場 vs 遊戲場
In Taiwan, you’ll often hear 遊戲場 (yóu xì chǎng) for the kids’ playground area, especially inside a park. 遊樂場 (yóu lè chǎng) also works and is widely understood. If you say either one, nobody will call the playground police.
