Welcome to Lesson 55 — short, useful, and made for real work life. In this lesson we'll hear useful workplace phrases, practice them, and say them out loud so they become natural.
Level A2: This lesson focuses on nine practical workplace chunks for scheduling, asking permission, reporting absences, and assigning tasks. You’ll listen to and repeat lines like “¿Puedo salir temprano hoy?” and “La junta es a las ___.” Then you’ll use them in a short office conversation and quick quizzes. CEFR-aligned and ready for your next workday.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Recognize and use common A2 workplace phrases for meetings, requests, and responsibilities.
Ask for permission, explain an absence, and state who is responsible for tasks.
Practice saying each phrase aloud so you can use them at work with confidence.
Ready? Let's go!
