Welcome! This short lesson helps you handle common hotel situations with confidence — from noisy rooms to wake-up calls. Practice listening, repeating, and using polite hotel phrases so your stay goes smoothly.

Level A2: In this lesson you'll practice useful hotel phrases for asking what floor your room is on, requesting a room change, reporting noise or a broken AC, asking for a wake-up call, checking parking, stating your reservation length, and arranging late check-out or help if you're locked out. CEFR-aligned and practical — a quick set of phrases to get you talking at the front desk.

After this lesson you'll be able to:

  • Ask about your room location and readiness at Level A2.
  • Make polite requests (change rooms, wake-up calls, late check-out).
  • Report simple problems: noise, air conditioning, or a locked-out situation.
