Welcome to Lesson 72 — a friendly B1 practice on talking about interests. This lesson is short and practical: listen, repeat, and use these phrases to share what you're into.
You'll hear real spoken frames, try short quizzes, and then say each phrase aloud. Have fun and be curious!
Level B1: In this lesson you'll practice polite everyday phrases to ask and talk about interests (e.g., 「何に興味がありますか。」, 「最近、___にすごくハマっています。」). We'll focus on saying what you like, why, how you became interested, and inviting someone to talk more — all CEFR-aligned for personal-life conversations.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Ask and answer what someone is interested in using polite Japanese (e.g., 何に興味がありますか。).
Say current interests and how long you've been interested (e.g., 最近、___にすごくハマっています。/前からずっと興味があります。).
Explain why you like something and invite more conversation (e.g., ___のに役立つからです。/___についてもっと話しましょう。).
Level B1: practice natural polite spoken phrases and short follow-up questions.
Ready? Let's go!
