Grab your pencil—today we’re heading to class, Taiwan Mandarin style. Don’t worry, there’s no surprise quiz… unless asking about the quiz counts.
Level A2: In this lesson, you’ll practice useful school phrases for saying your grade, what you study, your favorite subject, when class happens, and what homework is due. You’ll also learn friendly classroom questions like asking what page you’re on, borrowing an item, and working in pairs. Tiny backpack, big speaking power.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
At A2, talk about your school grade, subjects, class schedule, homework, and tests.
Ask practical classroom questions, including what page the class is on and when the test is.
Politely ask to borrow a school item or work in pairs with a classmate.
Say when you do not understand part of a lesson and need help.
