Welcome back — lesson 55! Short and useful: today we practice everyday workplace lines you can actually use. Say each phrase out loud, notice the time words, then try the short conversation and quizzes.
Level A2: In this lesson you'll practice polite requests and schedule phrases used at work (asking to leave early, reporting absence, saying meeting times, confirming you've sent something, and asking who's responsible). This CEFR-aligned lesson focuses on useful chunks for real office conversations — listen, repeat, then use them in a short dialogue.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Recognize and say common workplace phrases about time and responsibilities.
Politely ask to leave early and explain schedule changes.
Use templates to report absences, confirm sent items, and ask who is responsible.
Level A2: handle brief, routine workplace exchanges about schedules.
Ready? Let's go!
