Ready to explain a problem clearly so someone can help you? This short lesson helps you describe issues (devices, websites, orders) and ask what to do next. Keep it simple and practical—just the phrases you'll use when something goes wrong.
Level B1: In this CEFR-aligned lesson you'll practice common ways to explain a problem (for example, “___出问题了。” (___ chū wèntí le.)) and ask for help (e.g., “你能帮我看一下吗?” (Nǐ néng bāng wǒ kàn yíxià ma?)). You'll hear, repeat, and use these phrases in a short conversation about a computer or app problem.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Say clearly that something isn't working and give a little context (e.g., time or error message).
Ask someone to check the problem and ask what you should do next.
Level B1: Be able to report attempts you've already tried (e.g., “我试着___,但没用。” (Wǒ shìzhe ___, dàn méi yòng.)).
Ready? Let's go!
