Ready for Lesson 35? We'll look at everyday habits—what you start, stop, and try to avoid. Keep it relaxed: listen, repeat, and practice short answers.

Level A2: In Lesson 35 you'll practice polite phrases for routines and habits—saying how much time you spend (毎日、___分ぐらい___をします), how often per week (週に___回ぐらいします), what you recently started (最近、___を始めました), and what you try not to do (できるだけ___ないようにしています). This CEFR-aligned set focuses on useful frames for daily life and short conversations—perfect for talking about your schedule and small changes.

After this lesson you'll be able to:

  • Use polite frames to say how often and when you do things (A2 level).
  • Describe time spent on activities and weekly frequency.
  • Ask and answer short questions about routines and recent habit changes.
Two people chatting over coffee about their weekly routines in Japanese—a friendly, daily-life scene about habits.
