Nice to see you — welcome to Lesson 30! In this short lesson you'll hear natural ways to agree and disagree in German. Listen, repeat, and try the little conversation out loud.
Level A2: In this lesson you'll practice common phrases for agreeing, partially agreeing, and disagreeing (for example: „Sehe ich auch so.“, „Da stimme ich nicht zu.“, „Das ergibt Sinn.“). You'll hear the phrases in a short dialogue, do quick quizzes, and speak each phrase aloud. This lesson is CEFR-aligned and focused on everyday conversation.
After this lesson you'll be able to:
Recognize and use 13 common agreement/disagreement phrases in everyday talk.
Practice saying short responses to agree, disagree, or show understanding.
Ask and answer 'Do you agree?' in informal situations (Stimmst du zu?).
Ready? Let's go!
When you tap play on phrases, we track your progress through this lesson.
