Level A2: In this lesson you'll practice three useful encouragement phrases: offering shared effort (Vamos a ___ juntos.), reassuring someone after a mistake (Todos cometemos errores.), and recognizing effort (Diste lo mejor de ti.). When to use: Use this frame to offer shared effort: suggest doing an activity together (study, practice, fix something). Change the verb to fit the activity.

Tip: Remember to use 'juntas' if the whole group is female (Vamos a estudiar juntas).

Meaning: Everyone makes mistakes.

When to use: Say this to comfort someone after they make a mistake or feel embarrassed. It's neutral and kind.

Tip: Don’t confuse 'todos' (people) with 'todo' (everything). Use 'todos' when referring to people.

No te preocupes, todos cometemos errores.
Don't worry, everyone makes mistakes.
Después del tropiezo, le recordé: todos cometemos errores.
After the slip-up, I reminded them: everyone makes mistakes.

Diste lo mejor de ti.

You did your best.

Meaning: You did your best.

When to use: Use this informal phrase (tú form) to acknowledge someone’s effort even if the outcome wasn’t perfect.

Aunque no salió perfecto, diste lo mejor de ti.
Even if it wasn't perfect, you did your best.
Gracias por intentarlo; diste lo mejor de ti.
Thanks for trying; you did your best.
