Goal: Talk about routines, time, and small changes

Free Simplified Chinese lessons with guided practice, audio, and speaking support.

Welcome back — let’s make your daily routine talk feel natural. This short lesson focuses on practical phrases for talking about habits, time spent, and small changes you make.

Level A2: In this CEFR-aligned lesson you’ll practice useful frames for describing routines (how often, how long, and what you do before or after something). We’ll use phrases like “我尽量不___。” and “我每天花大约___分钟___。” in real conversation, then lock them in with quick quizzes and speaking practice. Lesson 35 keeps it friendly and focused — no fluff, just habits.

After this lesson you'll be able to:

  • Use A2-level phrases to say how often and how long you do things.
  • Ask and answer when someone normally does an activity (你一般什么时候___?).
  • Describe new or stopped habits and sequence simple daily actions (我最近开始___了。 / 我先___,然后___。)
